It's frustrating not being able to access things. Most academic library resources like databases and journal articles use your CWC Credentials.
Your username (Everything BEFORE the @cwc.edu of your email address) and your CWC password.
If that's not working, try clearing your cookies and cache and confirming any saved passwords are correct. You can find more in-depth information at this link. https://libguides.cwc.edu/troubleshooting/Cache.
If clearing your cache, cookies, and manually putting in your password (not using a saved password) still hasn't worked. Resetting your CWC password with the IT Help Desk will be best.
