DuoMobile troubleshooting

There may be a variety of reasons why DuoMobile is not working. Sometimes, it takes a few minutes for the notification to be sent or the text message to populate.
If, for some reason, your phone isn't working. You may be able to send the code to a different phone. You can also get a code from the Help Desk in Rustler Central that will work for a set number of log-ins.

Lastly, if you do not have a phone or do not want to download the app, keychains are for sale in the Bookstore. The keychains will generate a code for you.
